The concept of H&H Healing Sanctuary was founded in 2019 by Sarah Hendricks Hale and George "Clay" Hale with the goal of bringing a holistic and natural approach to healing to our community. We focus on the interconnectedness of Mind, Body, and Spirit in all that we do and in bringing balance to these.

We offer a range of Reiki services, including traditional in-person sessions, distance healing, and Reiki for pets. We also offer Reiki classes and workshops for those interested in learning more about this powerful healing practice.
We offer many other services to include Intuitive Tarot Readings, Energy Cleansing and Clearing of homes and offices, and assistance with Spirits trapped in-between our worlds to peacefully cross over.
Our practitioners are experienced and highly trained, and are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their wellness goals.

Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that true healing occurs when we address the root cause of our physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances.

Clay is an Intuitive Healer, Empath, and Energy worker originally from Virginia Beach, VA. He Grew up well aware of his intuitive gifts and his desire to use them to help better the lives of others. As Clay became more and more familiar with the power of energy he was called to study and earn certification as a Reiki Master and a Pure Energy Healer. He uses these and other practices of energy work to bring balance and open the pathways to healing. "No two sessions are alike. My approach is to intuitively channel what is needed to balance, unblock, and realign the flow of your Life Force. My goal is to reconnect you to your Higher Self in order to not only heal yourself but to align you with your Life's Purpose. You CAN manifest a future beyond your imagination!"
Clay also specializes in Reiki and Energy Healing for animals. Reiki for animals is a gentle and non-invasive healing technique that can provide numerous benefits for pets. This ancient practice harnesses universal energy to promote healing, reduce stress, and support overall well-being in animals.
Clay also provides cleansing and clearing services for your home or business. He can help clear and remove heavy and stagnant energy and replace it with Light, Love, and Peace. Clay also acts as a bridge for Spirit trapped between our two worlds to guide them home in peace.

Sarah graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Health and Wellness. She has been in the healthcare field for over 30 years. During this time, she has had the opportunity to work alongside several amazing healers and has learned many practices to improve body, mind, and spirit.
Sarah is also Level 1-2 Reiki certified and

Sarah is also Level 1-2 Reiki certified and is currently continuing her education in Ayurvedic Practices as well as Herbal Remedies. Sarah believes that the start of beneficial healing comes from within and can be stimulated naturally with proper nutrition, hydration, and supplementation.
Sarah is currently working as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the local area.
